What people ask us

I don't have a business WhatsApp number — is that a problem?

Not at all — you start with nothing: your messages go out from a number provided by My Commerce IA from day one. Later you can get a number in your shop's name, or connect your own on request.

Can I connect my own WhatsApp Business number?

Yes — and it's official: My Commerce IA is a Meta-approved application (App Review, official WhatsApp Business API). On request, we open the connection for your number: you then link it yourself, in a few clicks, through Meta's secure flow (Embedded Signup): your conversations stay under your name, on your number, fully under your control.

Do I have to change my POS?

Never. It works alongside your POS, whichever it is. And if yours doesn't give you customer history, we rebuild it another way — without changing anything on your side.

I have no customer file, just phone numbers.

That's the most common case. Your numbers are enough: you add them (a file, your phone contacts or by hand), and the counter game records every new customer — your file fills itself, visit after visit.

Does it message my customers without me?

Only if you decide so. By default the AI drafts and you approve. An unhappy customer or a delicate request? It hands over to you instead of answering for you.

What if it doesn't work for me?

You stop in one click, no reason needed, no fee. Creating your account needs no card: you only pay when you add credits (€10 minimum), which then pay for your messages and posters.
